| By agreeing to any of our quotes you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note these are updated regularly. |
- All sites built by MAV-webdesign Ltd ("us") must
keep the copyright notice visible at the bottom, and
it must link back to MAV-webdesign Ltd's website.
- Site design may not be transferred unless a release fee
is paid. This is to discourage people abusing our
low cost for web design.
- The use of graphical images on a website is the
responsibility of the website owner, and if there is
any copyright infringement this in no way reflects on
any work or service MAV-webdesign Ltd has carried
out; and therefore is not the responsibility of MAV-webdesign
Ltd.
- Our prices rarely change, however, any changes
will apply to all quotes 30 days after the price change
has occurred.
- All work with a value over £100 will require a 20% deposit.
- Most projects can be paid for on completion, however,
if the project involves a considerable amount of time
then part installments will be required.
- Any security breaches are the responsibility of the website owner, however MAV-webdesign Ltd will try and assist as much as they can in these situations.
- Any fees for transferring domain names away
from MAV-webdesign Ltd will be passed on to the domain
owner.
- To keep our prices low all hosting cost do not
include ongoing regular support. Although support will
be provided with best endeavours, if the requests are
user errors we may charge for the support.
- All hosting is on a rolling yearly contract. If you wish to cancel hosting during this time there will be a minimum charge of £50 or 1 years hosting, which ever is greater.
- Although we take regular backups, it is the responsibility of the website owner to perform regular backups in case of server failure.
